• An almost completed training as a specialist for orthopaedics / trauma surgery
• Professional experience in the above field of activity
• A high degree of reliability, discretion and willingness to assume responsibility
• Independent work and an understanding of medical contexts
• IT knowledge
• Understanding of economic work in a private practice
